ONSITE MANAGEMENT

We will have a project manager directly handling your home throughout the entire contruction process.  Throughout every step of construction your project manager will manage sub-contractors and keep you informed of progress.

We build to much higher energy standards than your average "built to code" builder.  The result is a home that costs 30% or less to heat and run than a standard home.

ENERGY-STAR RATING

You have seen the blue label on your appliances, now you can have your entire house labelled.  Using a third-party home rating company, your home is tested and an HERS(the MPG rating for a home) score is given to your home.
